Protein Smoothie

This protein smoothie is a delicious and flavourful way to start your morning. Enjoy a boost of greens from spinach and spirulina, while the hemp seeds add a dose of fats and fibre and our PW1 increases your protein intake, making this a balanced and filling breakfast.

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops PW1 Bourbon Vanilla
  • 1 frozen banana, peeled and cut
  • 75g frozen mango
  • 75g avocado
  • 1 cube frozen spinach
  • 600ml milk or milk alternative (such as almond milk)
  • 2 tsp blue spirulina powder
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds


Toppings:

  • Coconut cream

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
