Ingredients
- 1 ripe fresh or frozen banana, peeled
- 1 celery stalk, (with leaves)
- 1 large handful spinach
- 1 scoop PB protein powder
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 250 ml / 1 cup coconut water (or any milk)
- ½ lemon, juiced
Here's how you do it
Roughly chop the banana and celery and transfer to a blender along with the rest of the ingredients. Blend on a high speed until completely smooth. Taste and adjust the flavours. Pour into 1 large glass and enjoy.
