Chia seed pudding

Fuel your New Year’s resolutions with our protein packed chia seed pudding recipe. With a satisfying blend of chia seeds, almond milk, and our CP2 Active with collagen and whey protein, this creamy pudding is a simple, delicious, and nourishing treat.


Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 280ml almond milk
  • 2 scoops CP2 Active

Top with a mix of dried coconut and fresh fruit


Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the chia seeds and CP2 Active, whisk to combine. Add milk and mix. Let sit for 5 minutes and mix again.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or up to 5 days.
  3. Serve chilled or at room temperature
